– Senior Manager
Mr. Jackson has been currently
serves as a Senior Manager for iServiceX. Mr. Jackson is responsible
for executing client projects and developing and implementing
operations strategy related to organizational development and
human capital management.
Prior to joining iServiceX, Mr. Jackson was a project manager
and senior change manager with Deloitte Consulting. At Deloitte
Consulting, Mr. Jackson focused on providing customer solutions
and services of delivering process and organizational design.
Before joining Deloitte Consulting, Mr. Jackson held was a senior
operational specialist with Texas Instruments, managing internal
consulting project toward the organization winning the Malcolm
Baldridge Award.
Mr. Jackson has a BBA degree in Marketing from Southern Methodist
University in Dallas, Texas. He also has an MBA from the University
of Texas at Austin with concentrations in Finance and Human Resource
Management.
