Nnaoke Ufere – Founder and CEO

Mr. Ufere founded iServiceX in 1999 and serves as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Ufere is responsible for leading the firm and achieving our strategic objectives.

Prior to founding iServiceX, from 1997 to 1999, Mr. Ufere was a Vice President and co-head of the Chemical Industry Practice at A. T. Kearney, Inc. (EDS). From 1989 to 1997, Mr. Ufere was a Vice President with Gemini Consulting, Inc. While at A. T. Kearney and Gemini Consulting, Mr. Ufere focused on business development, client relationship management and engagement delivery. Mr. Ufere worked on engagement issues of business strategy, operations effectiveness and information technology strategy for Fortune 500 clients in Oil & Gas, Chemical/Life Sciences, Telecommunications and Financial Institutions.

Mr. Ufere also brings five years of engineering and technical services experience and expertise from Schlumberger Services where he served as a senior field operating engineer in several locations around the world.

Mr. Ufere holds a B.Eng. (first class Honors) in electrical/electronic engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
