Situation:

When the CEO and top management of one of the nation’s premier health insurance companies needed to transform their business to take advantage of the complex HIPAA Privacy regulations, they partnered with iServiceX.

What we did:

iServiceX developed and implemented new customer-driven strategies, value delivery processes, organization capabilities, information technology infrastructure, and a performance management system to meet regulatory requirements and position the firm for profitable growth.

Results:

With minimal investment in technology and relentless program management this organization went live with compliance on the target date. In addition a thorough understanding of the process, procedures and policies were obtained in a manner to generate a number of cost reduction initiatives that benefited this organization and their policy holders.
